Review of Hatton/Tszyu........

I'm not biased because i'm not a biased person, not because of my nationallity. i watched the match up and thought Tszyu was just as guilty as Hatton of making it a rough fight. Thats not even a bad thing, i like it when both fighters man up and go to war.

I've made my feeling quite clear in the past, Hatton and Tszyu are two of my favuorite fighters, i'm pissed that one had to lose but i know the best man won on the night. Thats not to say i think Hattons better but i think he has the style to beat Tsyzu 9 times out of 10.

i did'nt see Tszyu getting physical he did when he got fed up with Hatton bullrushing him and not being penalised for it

Dave Parris was a disgrace IMO im British & i like Hatton but that was a dirty fight that is the only thing i dont like about Hatton the holding & dirty fighting etc

Hatton turned it into a rough fight, that was his gameplan. Tszyu reciprocated, expecially with a series of low blows late in the fight which resulted in Hatton dropping him with a massive punch to the jacobs. The cards were close with Hatton slightly ahead, a fair reflection of the fight so that sort of ****s your argument a bit.

I don't get it. People are turned off Hatton because people who don't like Hatton are bumping topics from two years ago to try to prove some non-existent point?

bottom line is Ricky should'nt have been allowed to get away with half of the stuff that he was allowed to IMO Tszyu retaliated the same as any one else would if they felt they were being fouled and the oponent was'nt being penalised for it

This is just ******ed. Tszyu himself said "I'm not ashamed of my loss because I lost to the better fighter". I doubt he would have said that if he felt that he'd been cheated, and he was fighting the fight so he would have been bound to notice any foul play.

What did he get away with? Exactly? Holding? Tszyu was tying up Hatton in close. Rough-housing? Tszyu was also rough-housing. Low blows? Tszyu did them first.

Hatton made it a pell-mell battle. How noble of him it would have been to stay on the end of Tszyu's punches and get knocked out, because otherwise it would be a bit rough.

This is clearly one of the most Ugliest fights I ahve seen in a long time..

Whether Hatton is "cahoots" with the ref or not.. The Ref Clearly is favouring Hatton.. The Knock down WAS NOT a low Blow.. The Retaliation by Hatton was VERY Blatantly a LOW BLOW..

Then There is Hatton winking at the ref .. we have to consider this..

However.. You also cannot dismiss that Hatton Fought the perfect fight against Tzsyu and that his Speed is Top Notch.. You also Cant deny that Hatton ate some very BIG punches that would have detered most Boxers from trying to get inside as much as Hatton was...


Hatton had some definate help from the Ref.. The question is...Is it a conspiracy?. Or was Hatton just benifactor or a Biased ref...

Wouold this fight have played out differently in the USA... I certain the Ref would have been less lieniant.. This most certainly changing the dynamics of the fight.. and possibly garnering a different outcome..
