                Fact is Cotto is limited and has proved that by losing every fight that could get him the fight, and he's still owned by TopRank and that is the biggest reason why Cotto hasn't got the fight. Also Cotto has never ever publicly said he wanted to fight nor has Arum said he wasn't too green still lmao.

                                Mayweather vs Cotto won't happen for the same reason Mayweather vs Pac hasn't happened, Bob Arum. Even though i know that for Cotto drug testing wouldn't be an issue in the negotiations.
