Very good post but wasn't Dlh the champ at 154 when Floyd fought him? Who were the 5 better sww's better than Dlh?

      good structured post.

also, to add if N'Dou was worthy enough for Cotto then he's definitely a worthy opponent for Floyd seeing as he was undefeated when he fought him.

plus you need to add that Floyd moved up 5 weight divisions to Cotto's 3.

Every gain in weight division he faced a tougher level of opponent.

It's close but I've come to the conclusion that Floyd has faced the tougher opponents.

Cotto beats everyone in Floyd's resume!!! The Closest fight there will be DLH and Mosley(Which Cotto beat already).

Floyd will struggle against Torres, Clottey, Abdulaev, Margarito. Floyd will lose by KO before rd 12 to Pacquiao and maybe Margarito(with Concrete) also.

cotto fought better comp at 147 but he doesn't have a greater resume and he isn't even close to being greater than floyd mayweather.

At the end of 2006 The Ring rankings at 154 were:

                  1. Shane Mosley
                  2. Cory Spinks
                  3. Roman Karmazin
                  4. Kassim Ouma
                  5. Sergei Dzindziruk
                  6. Oscar De La Hoya

Mayweather was the only opponent De La Hoya faced in 2007, so the rankings should have been about the same when that fight happened.

Dude stop trying to enlighten some of these guys. No matter what you post they are riding with Cotto even though when you look at every fighter each fought its not even close.

Number one in a division Floyd didn't fight with like marquez and Hatton. How could you miss that?

How could Judah be number one when he lost to Baldo?
