“Most fighters open training camp about eight weeks before a fight,” Conte says. “They only way to ensure they’re really clean is to have some type of random, unannounced testing, and both blood- and urine-testing.”

If that sounds like a semi-accusatory finger being pointed at Manny Pacquiao, whose March 13 megafight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. fell apart because of Pac-Man’s incensed refusal to participate in a higher level of drug-testing than ever has been implemented in boxing, so be it.

“Is it su****ious the way (Pacquiao) has gained so much lean muscle mass while retaining and even seemingly improving his power and speed? Yes,” Conte says. “It is highly su****ious. But it’s difficult to make any type of allegations against him because he’s never tested positive for illegal drugs. The problem is that he has been subjected, as is the case with all boxers, to the standard urine testing that, in my opinion, is worthless.
Heh. And he said that the USADA's so-called Olympic style random blood tests are ALSO worthless.

So in other words, THERE REALLY IS NO TESTING AVAILABLE which can guarantee that a fighter isn't roiding.

Sugar Ray Leonard was lucky. If he lived and fought during this time, EVERYONE would be saying he's roiding.

No you are simply just bitter because your favorite boxer is having someone different every other day come out talking about his su****ious ass. lol.

But you have to go with the best that can be afforded. Doing that is better than going with a piss test which people on teh street even beat for drug test for new hired jobs.

PISS TEST ARE USELESS.!!! The **** has been useles for a while now.

All this is moot anyway. IF Floyd jr. is ACTUALLY gonna retire, then it will prove once and for all that all this blood testing melodrama was just an excuse to avoid Manny.

That is a big IF though.

You guys are simple as hell, Mosley nor Mayweather knew if it would be 18 days, they expected anyday to get tested, they could have juiced, and could have been caught, they simply didnt know when they would be tested, and that my friend is the beauty of RANDOM TESTING WHICH PAC IS AFRAID OF.

                    Being tested anytime or anyday.

                    WHO WOULD RISK CHEATING?
