Nah he didnt name a special PED just said Pac was highly su****ious and that in his opinion urine testing alone is worthless .

Is all this because Mayweather refuses to fight Pacquiao? I thought all these threads should of went away when it was proven the stories were fabricated just so Floyd didn't have to fight Pacquiao.
