How many different ways are you going to say the same nonsensical things? He didn't deem it unnecessary in all cases, he deemed it unecessary in the Mayweather-Mosley fight case specifically. Was it possible that either Mayweather or Mosley did something within those 18 ndays that was aginst the rules? Sure. Is it realistic to believe that either of those guys would stay clean while training all the way up to 2 1/2 weeks before the fight, only to risk throwing the fight and their reputation down the drain betting on the chance that they could cheat and not get caught? No. This is why the word "random" is so important. Neither of those guys knew that they wouldn't be tested 18 days before the fight. They had every reason to assume that they would be tested within that 18 day period. The fear that you could be tested at anytime is the main deterrent.
    Why can't you comprehend this?

The option to test at any and all times, unannounced is what makes the program work. Just because they didn't test doesn't mean they announced that they weren't going to test. As far as the athletes are concerned, they have to stay on the program because they could be tested at any time.

      This isn't complicated.

The Olympic committee in what they consider is the most successful deterrent available against using PEDS random testing , then Floyd was advised by experts including Conte on what to do to get the best result in the time frame of a fight training window .

But the ****heads here think the Nevada boys know more about PEDS than the Olympic Committee and its advisers , they could squash the Nevada Committee like a bug .

random : lacking any definite plan or order or purpose; governed by or depending on chance. But Floyd's original demand was 14 days before the fight because he saw Manny getting tested on HBO's 24/7. Then it was found that it was 24 days before the fight because it was recorded ten days before it was released....so Manny agreed to Floyd's original demand, 24 days before the fight....the reason why i say Floyd's original demand was 24 days was because their reason for wanting 14 days was BECAUSE of HBO's 24/7....which was really 24 days before the fight...Floyd said no I want 14....FAST FORWARD to today...Manny agrees to 14 days before the fight...Floyd's first ORIGINAL demand.....and again Floyd says no...so why go from demanding a specific time frame to now wanting it to have the possibility right before the fight....is it because Manny has said himself that it he feels weakened by it...if they randomly test until 14 days before the fight....and random testing up to 14 days before the fight ...will Manny start using PED's for 13 days before the fight...and then stop the day of the fight in hopes that the PED's he is supposedly taking will cycle out of his body directly after the fight ? is this the scenario that Floyd is afraid of...that Manny will go on super boost training for 13 days...and have super human strength ? i am for having the fight happen by any means...i would love to have Manny just agree to Floyd's demands and still beat him...causing no excuse for Floyd losing to the better fighter.....but what this post is about is FAIR compromise....both are great fighters and no one will be able to say for sure who is the better fighter until they meet each other in the ring...they are both about the same age...Floyd no longer has ring rust. He's proven it with Marquez and Mosley...This is the best time for them to fight...if they are able to compromise....

Pac has now agreed to 14 days. The TS now says 18 days should be ok. Question: Why didn't Pac agree to 14 days before he fought Clottey to make the fight with Floyd lol???

Manny feels weakened when tested close to the fight. That is the biggest crock of **** that I have ever heard, and his @#$@!$ fans are eating that @#!@#!$ up lol...

                  usada is useless

they tried to be an example then they end their testing 18 day,

                  that heck their doin?

so we will be thinking floyd or mosley might be juicing on their fight then?
probably floyd was juicing coz he was able to withstand mosley punch?
