        tygart made a booboo in the testing and burying himself more w/ his statements.

        where in the hell would a 'cause or su****ion' come from suddenly in the 18days they didnt took blood? from a phone call? a rumor?

        OR maybe THEY FOUND SOMETHING IN THE SUCCEEDING URINE TESTS. in which case, they're indirectly admitting that urine testing will suffice 18days prior to the fight to suspect something is wrong.

                I don't know, but if Floyd really cared what was on Pacquiao's system, he would've agreed ASAP to get the blood tests done IN DECEMBER.
