what will it matter if there is still a urine test every day thereafter??? You're saying an athlete would load up on 1 of the only 2 substances urine testing doesnt detect within 14days of a fight when it would have very minimal to no benefit whatsoever because training camp is winding down anyway???Comment

This guy has to be the only scientist in the world that thinks EPO does not benefit endurance athletes. Maybe that's why he's the former Chief Medical Officer and not the current one. Oh yeah, Tygart works for the USADA which was formed by the olympic committee and works with the united states olympic committee. So, who's the expert? And really, all USADA does is implement the WADA code. So, who's right, this one guy or the entire world-wide scientific community responsible for the code? I'm going to take a stab in the dark at this one and side with WADA.
Maybe that guy should tell all the Tour de Farce riders EPO and blood transfusions don't workComment

Voy, former Chief Medical Office of the USOC, said current blood testing as to HGH is "ureliable and impractical."
As far as EPO testing, Voy said, "I'm of the opinion that EPO is not a performance enhancer in boxing or that it gives you more endurace although that is the perception."
That was theme Dr. Watson chimed in on, saying, "I believe that urine is the best substance to test. I agree with Dr. Voy that urine (random testing) is what we should require and that blood is not necessary.
so youre more knowledgable than theses doctors now?.....lolComment

cut off dates defeat the purpose of randomization, but cutting off the blood testing after 18 days doesn't seem very random.Comment
