The testimony of the two doctors, taken in whole and in part, favored totally random urine testing as the most practical and, more important, most efficient way of deterring Pacman, Mayweather and any other boxer who might seek to use banned substances in connection with a boxing match.

You must have missed this part of the article.

The experts are not divided. The experts contribute their work to WADA which creates the code, and USADA implements the code. That's all there is to it.

Sure, I can drag out some morons that will swear the earth is only 6000 years old, and they'll swear they're experts. They're not experts. They're idiots.

HGH is hard to test for. The testing will always get better.

Victor Conte went on a tyrade not too long ago on how easily usada testing could be beat. Doctors in the threadstarter's article noted the risks and dangers in blood testing.

Victor Conte also said that blood testing was absolutely necessary and that boxing's current standards were the worst in any sport.

Additionally i am not arguing USADA testing cannot be beaten. It can especially by an individual who knows how and when the PED's should be administered (think the guy Marion was buying her PED's from). I am arguing that is is far superior to NSAC testing (the best commission mandated tersting in the United States)
america the most powerful nation in the world with nsac as testing body for boxers isnt that effective as you said.. its a FACKING SHAME!! they let this happen its a SHAME people watch boxing in las vegas with this ****ty testing commission.. all you people watched boxing through the years are robbed cuz NSAC isnt doin its job its supposed to.. A FACKING SHAME!!
