Evidence? The urine based test for EPO was first developed in 2000. And caught absolutely no one. It wasn't until the current protocol was first used in 2004, that waves of people began getting caught. That year (2004), there were more Olympians caught doping in the history of testing.

as long as you are going with this attitude, then pac has the right to reject OST as it is optional, but since pac is willing to do 14 day cut off (something floyd had agreed to before) then the ball is in floyd's court, does floyd wanna play or not?

14 days is more than adequate as it is a position floyd had previously agreed to, especially since the cut off for mosley/floyd was 18 days.

Again urine testing was first implemented in 2000 ( http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/2...g-reports-say/ ). It wasn't until the passport program in 2004 (tracking RBC count throughout testing) was introduced that people began getting caught in record numbers ( http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/olym...04/3610830.stm ).
