I can't agree with you but I can see if you favor the movement of Foreman. It was competitive till the injury but Cotto was getting closer and closer. I won't what if the fight if there was no injury cause nobody would know the outcome.

Foreman will not get a rematch.

He was down 5-1 before the injury and didn't appear to be making any adjustments.

he did well enough that I'm not against it
he held his own vs Cotto
still pick Cotto to win again, but Yuri deserves the chance

you wanna know why it's called running?????????? Cause his damn trainer told him to STOP RUNNING okay is that more elaborate for ya. When your own damn trainer is telling you stop running your ****ing running. And Yuri won one damn round and that was round 4 and thats it. It was obvious who was the best fighter in that ring last saturday night and it was not f'n Yuri foreman sorry. Face it yuri fans and cotto haters. Miguel won and miguel is back to bigger and better things. Just have to face the facts. If you had Yuri foreman winning more than 2 rounds FIND ANOTHER SPORT CAUSE YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON IN THAT DAMN RING OR YOUR JUST ****ING BLIND. O yeah you new WBA Super Welterweight champion of the world is MIGUEL ANGEL COTTO take that haters

Yuri, you and your country suck.

He only won 1 round. Even with the huge size advantage, Yuri couldnt win. What a douchebag.

NEW YORK (JTA) -- Yuri Foreman says he wants a rematch with Miguel Cotto following surgery to repair the torn meniscus he suffered in their first bout.

Referee Arthur Mercante Jr. stopped Saturday's World Boxing Association super-welterweight title match at Yankee Stadium in the ninth round when the champion Foreman could not continue because of the injury to his right knee. Foreman, an Orthodox *** and rabbinical student, had wrenched the knee two rounds earlier in an awkward fall.

"Yes, I want a rematch," Foreman told the New York Post. "My last performance was not what it could have been. It was far from my potential."

According to the Post, Foreman suffered a torn meniscus and stretched a ligament in his right knee.

"The surgery will show if I need surgery on the ligament in the front of the knee," Foreman said.

Foreman, a Belarus native now living in Brooklyn, N.Y., lost his first bout after going 28-0 with one no decision. He was trailing on all three judges' cards when the fight was stopped.

The knee injury prevented Foreman from his trademark side-to-side movement and left him vulnerable against the hard-hitting Cotto, now a four-time champion.
A rematch would be good for both guys.

                Foreman can't hurt Cotto.

Cotto makes Foreman the most $$$.

He was losing the fight from round 1..He said that he's having knee problems since he was a child this means that most probably it's gonna happen again.

Yuri wasn't losing before the injury IMO at least. His movement was his BnB and Cotto's just at par with it.

You giving him one round? OK that's your call...
Yuri wasnt losing the fight? lol

He had one good round in the entire fight.
