14 days was more than sufficient to get it done earlier in the year.
Suddenly, 14 days is the anti christ.
Thats where the hypocrisy lies. We have all the evidence that shows that many a Floyd fan was completely fine with the 14 day offer.
Once Floyd rescinded,
so did they.
I'm still of the belief that no extra testing is necessary, but if one is willing to compromise to get it done,
compromise away.

Originally posted by fabie View PostI disagree with the demands of the USADA prompted by the Mayweathers. For one thing there are NO GROUNDS to begin with. Just like in a court of law, one cannot bring someone into a lawsuit without "sufficient grounds"...
Because if Manny turns out to be "clean" (if he agrees to a testing), then what? What would be of the accusations/allegations by the Mayweathers then?
To force someone into a testing just because of their ungrounded and unfounded allegations is purely a tactic inorder to assassinate the character of Manny Pacquiao. Manny have every reason not to test if it is against his will, belief and character UNLESS THERE ARE SUFFICIENT GROUNDS.
This is not a criminal case, this is an entertainment business (made so by current boxing standards and the mercenarian stance of Mayweather that relegates this sport of pugilism into a form of commercial entertainment).
And so in this light I would side with Pacquiao.
Make a case first that there's absolute grounds for testing. Pacquiao has been of high character and in complete compliance with the NASC together with Floyd Mayweather, jr.
There were no precedents of both fighters taking illegal performance enhancing drugs. Not one iota.
what if manny comes out clean? how can he not come out clean. he would have to be the dumbest fighter in the world to juice after all this media attention we have given this issue. what do you think, that a negative result proves manny wasnt juicing? wrong idiot.
mannys character was assasinated by himself when he refused a 40 mil fight for a little test. when floyd sr accused pac of testing did anyone really pay attention? thank you..now when manny refused the test did everyone pay attention? thank you. mannys reasons for not testing= against my religion, makes me weak 3 days before fight, afraid of needles, floyd is bigger then me, random blood tests psychologically **** me up, causes pain in my neck, causes dizziness, prevents me from eating...which one do you believe?
mercenarian, pugilism...so if you use big words you must be making sense huh? which fighter dont fight for money? does manny fight for free? whats wrong with fighting, oh wait im sorry, pugilism being commercially entertaining?
you are right this is not a criminal case, whats your point? i get it..it seems like it is because after refusing the tests manny is being judged in the court of public opinion...well my friend blame manny for that.
look its plain and simple...if manny is clean..he is the dumbest person in the world because he made himself look like he has something to hide...and we deep inside know that we dont believe his lame excuses . but since you used big words you must be correct and i must be wrong, manny said it.

therefore, all terms from negotiations from december 09 are null and void when pac refused.
its now June 10, everything from last nego. is off the table. and pac is agreeing to stuff that doesnt even exist.
he might as well ask for a unicorn along with those 14 days. pretty sure he'll get that too
