I disagree with the demands of the USADA prompted by the Mayweathers. For one thing there are NO GROUNDS to begin with. Just like in a court of law, one cannot bring someone into a lawsuit without "sufficient grounds"...

Because if Manny turns out to be "clean" (if he agrees to a testing), then what? What would be of the accusations/allegations by the Mayweathers then?

To force someone into a testing just because of their ungrounded and unfounded allegations is purely a tactic inorder to assassinate the character of Manny Pacquiao. Manny have every reason not to test if it is against his will, belief and character UNLESS THERE ARE SUFFICIENT GROUNDS.

This is not a criminal case, this is an entertainment business (made so by current boxing standards and the mercenarian stance of Mayweather that relegates this sport of pugilism into a form of commercial entertainment).

And so in this light I would side with Pacquiao.

Make a case first that there's absolute grounds for testing. Pacquiao has been of high character and in complete compliance with the NASC together with Floyd Mayweather, jr.

There were no precedents of both fighters taking illegal performance enhancing drugs. Not one iota.

there are no grounds to begin with? floyd was told by people in his circle and people outside his circle that manny is on something. many boxers were saying this. so floyd asked for random testing...random testing is not a sin unless your on peds i guess. but even if nobody ever doubted manny whats wrong with asking for random testing? it only became an issue when manny refused and the shady different reason he gave.

id say the pacfans are more vocal at trying to spread misinformation, till people assume its a fact, like the whole xylocaine thing, and now people are trying to say there was 18 day cut off. yeah hes kind of a troll but pacfans do exactly the same thing in there sigs so thats really irrelevant.

I discreddit Floyd ? really ? i dont think i did . I never said his wins werent legit and that he is a fraud . I am saying he is scared ( wich he is ) and that his fans will listen and believe anything he says , but i am not discrediting his victories and achievements .

no, heres the perfect example. in december 09, 14 days was offered to pac and pac refused.

therefore, all terms from negotiations from december 09 are null and void when pac refused.

its now June 10, everything from last nego. is off the table. and pac is agreeing to stuff that doesnt even exist.

he might as well ask for a unicorn along with those 14 days. pretty sure he'll get that too
