Coulda woulda shoulda. He beat Clottey, Clottey was out of the fight after like 4 rounds. As for PWill, we all know Floyd would rather run butt naked throughout Vegas rather than fight him, the fact that Marg fought him on even terms in itself would strike fear into b1tchass Floyd (who looked like he'd seen the grim reaper when Tony confronted him; it's on youtube, Floyd tried to placate Tony by assuring him they would fight later on). Matter of fact when Marg was manning up and fighting PWill Floyd was eyeing Hatton, a jr welterweight who had clearly struggled in his one outing at WW. Tells u all u need to know

floyd stated numerous times, he fights for money.....he's a prize fighter.

in other words, you won't understand his fight choices, unless you understand him. i'm a fan of the sport, but i won't tell another man, "dont do this for more money, instead do this for less money, b/c i want you to."

and floyd's and arum's problems with each other are well-documented bro. it's a fact they don't do business with each other. floyd doesn't consider himself just a fighter, he considers himself just as much a business man too. understand that, and you won't be so upset when you look at the things he does.
He doesn't fight the best fighters and for that he gets no respect from me. If u are the best, fight. Don't make no excuses. And as I said, he could have his cake and eat it too. More challenging fights will get better PPV numbers (exception: Oscar). If he had fought Margarito when all fans were clamouring for it he'd have made a killing. Ditto Cotto. Instead he wants to cherry pick flawed opponents, stacking the odds in his favour, while maximising his paypacket. And that's a b1tch move

It doesn't matter if Mayweather is the biggest coward to walk the face of the Earth. None of that has anything to do with Pac requesting a window where he'll be immune to strict testing for illegal drugs, and that's wrong anyway you look at.
A very good post amid the foolishness in this thread.

clottey was not outta the fight after 4 rounds and margarito looked like **** like he usually does, floyd did say tony would get his shot but he was inactive looked like **** against clottey and then lost to williams that doesn't sound like someone who deserves a shot at the best fighter.you should go watch floyds fight with judah at the end when merchant is naming viable opponents for floyd and 1 of them was hatton and another was oscar and floyd fought them both and hatton was comin off of a stoppage of castillo unlike pacquioa who's most recent opponents were lookin like **** prior to fighting manny and as far as the whole margarito thing goes nobody knew him so what was the point of fighting some nobody that only has a name because his promoter made it seem like shane and floyd were scared of him and we all seen what shane did to him

            • I wonder is all this hyped up about what someone can actually do with 14 days and unlimited urine tests and a blood test post fight?? Say if this fight is killed because floyd moves the cut off date and we find out later that there was very little if anything or maybe even nothing that pac COULD have done with his time and got away with it?

Pac has now done exactly what floyd wanted but now the posts have moved, if it was good enough then why not now?? Its only a few months and some questions need to be asked if this kills the fight imo, 14 days was and still is fair imo

              • Pac gets crucified for not agreeing to 14 days last time and now when he does agree the same people are at him even worse LOL, its a good step forward and remember this is i think unprecedented in boxing and now that pac has seen floyd make the same demands of shane im sure he believes that floyd is not just targeting him and that contributed to him compromising, pac compromises and gets all this crap, unbelieveable
