thats cool youve heard of usada. But dont come to a boxing forum and tell me "why bring up floyd" when talking about usada. This isnt an ESPN board that talks olympics.
nfl is a league which every one is under but in boxing thats not the case sometimes their have been problems makin fights just becuase 1 fighter fights on hbo and the other on showtime, boxing is not a league so there is no one person that every boxer has top listen to unlike the nfl, nba, mlb or nhl

How is it a matchup nightmare for Manny? who has faster feet that will be able to turn him with a supposedly slick style.

BTW I will answer your question once you answer mine
probably b/c mayweather actually wanted testing ALL THE WAY UP UNTIL THE FIGHT. he offered 14-days to try to work with manny, b/c he was bitching about being tested close to the fight.
      --------------------------------------------------------
it's a nightmare matchup because manny has never faced a fighter that has those sort of attributes....he avoids them.

Why? Please break it down from a technical aspect. What will give Manny problems. If anything I see him maybe having issues with counter punchers but not slick boxers.

Floyd avoids fighters like Manny i.e. guys who have a chance against him.

Hence why he didn't fight Cotto, Margarito and is now clearly preventing the Pacquiao match from happening. He'd rather fight a blown up super-featherweight(Marquez) or an old, inactive Shane

I think no boxing fan should support this nonsensical stance of Mayweather's, offering 14 days then saying 'that is off the table'. No boxing fan should support that. Manny has compromised, made a step forward, agreeing to 14 days. Floyd has backed out of 14 days. Fact. No point living in the past asking why has Manny suddenly accepted it?...fact is he has accepted it. it's called a frickin COMPROMISE. Fans want this to happen. One said 24, one said 14. Fight got cancelled. Hype kept building. One agreed to the other's 14. And still the fight aint happening cause Floyd is ducking out

manny does not have faster feet than floyd and manny's foot work is mediocre at best,he couldn't even catch cotto for 7 rounds he even looked like he was gettin frustrated

              • I guess you think because Manny didn't fight Foreman he is ducking slick fighters. Please say this isn't true

floyd stated he would ask for more the next time....that has changed. now they want the old deal. fact is BOTH sides are trying to get as much as they can during negotiations...not just floyd. if you can't see that, i don't know what to tell you.

if pacquiao and arum were really interested in making the fight, they would start at the new terms floyd put forth 4 MONTHS AGO, not the ones he has taken off the table.
And those are viable terms. Thats not a compromise!thats floyd getting it all his way and pac is not going to agree on that, so you are basically defending a floyd duck. how does one get from 24-0 days, 50/50 to 60/40 and call that a fair compromise. obviously when floyd made his new offers he wasn't looking for a fight but a sidestep.

Floyd is planted 90% of the time while Manny moves more. And for the Cotto fight, Manny killed him.

Sorry troll but please go back under your rock.

slick boxers, as opposed to guys that just won't stand in front of him, and be there to hit.

i don't get what's so hard to understand.

martinez, in a way, is a bigger version of mayweather.
