If the testing is going to happen then there shouldn't be a cut-off. It wouldn't be needed anyway as you can see from the Floyd vs Shane fight the last blood test was 18 days before the fight. The guy in the interview said they would only test within days of the fight if there was a valid reason or they had su****ions that one of the fighters was using.

I really hope this fight happens. We all want to see it and find out who's really the best out of these 2 great fighters......Floyd Mayweather or recently crowned fighter of the year and decade, Manny Pacquiao?

why did floyd offer the cut off date in the first place prior the mosley fight? is floyds team a bigot or ****** team?

this is the reason, coz after the mosley fight, floyd knows he lost his footwork and speed. and why he plans to retire? thats an option when cornered about the 14 day cut off.

the reason why there is no cut off now is because floyd has more bargaining power this time, when they first started negotiations they were both equals in bargaining power. lets be real here man if floyd didnt make any concessions to try to make fight, im sure you would of just wrote a thread that floyds a coward ducker who didnt try to make any attempts at a compromise to get this fight done.

Why was it ok for Mosley to get an 18 day cut off on blood. Thats all Manny cares about is being blood tested too close to the fight. I'm sure they can take all the piss they want.

Well all your post read of anger and emotions because all you kept saying is "Floyd" or You guys or Floyd groupie etc, Chat like a man and discuss in a matured way, We are here to discuss boxing and the way to get boxing forward.

You kept going on and on about off-season testing then you're trying to tell us why we need a cut-off date? Like i said before they can test off-season if they want even though it doesnt make any sense whatsoever but you're just bringing that up because you're emotional and bitter, We cant even get the P4P boxer in the world to commit to random drug testing and you want him to do all-year testing? Am looking at the positives and you looking at the negatives.

Because if not whats the purpose of testing a fighter when they dont have a fight? Boxing need to have its own protocol where they would test boxer as soon as they sign a contract to fight someone.

And finally please understand the difference between a random test that was stopped at 18 days before the fight and a test with a knowledge of a cut-off date.

I never said there was an 18 day cutoff date. I said there was a cutoff when mosley/floyd testing ended, which is May 2nd. Please dont try to twist my words mate. Are they being tested now? nope, they were cutoff. Floyd has to reschedule testing again. Doesnt sound random mate.

And how does off season testing not make sense mate? Floyd said he trains when we're sleeping, that probably means he's always training, throughout the bloody year mate. Why would floyd train all year mate? because, hes a pro athlete. Ever hear of offseason training? most muscle gains occur in that period of time, not in just 14 days mate.

Its more important to test during training. floyd trains everyday mate, everyone knows this. Theres no offseason for him. ask a body builder when he mostly roids up, he's not gonna tell you 14 days before a competition mate. its just bloody well not right.

Angry lol nah!! Like i said before "Floyd this floyd that" as highlighted at the top, This isnt about Floyd but about our sport of boxing until you get that then no point in going in circles...One thing is for sure most boxing fan want a change in boxing and anything that helps that is fine...No negatives but positives, If people want to tear down anything that would benefit boxing because of their favourite fighter then Wow.
