I can agree i dont think its about floyd wanting a fair fight as much as is it's about exposing somebody who he honestly believes is cheating. Why havent we heard any of these pacquaio gets weak excuses before Mayweather asked for the OST. Why didnt he not want random blood testing at all? Why intially did Team Pacquiao only ask to give blood 3 times. The day the fight was announced, EXACTLY 30 days before, and right after. Why should Floyd even consider going back to the table to negotiate with a (promoter that left while reps from his side were still negotating a fight with pacquaio, only for bob arum to have him fight clottey, while his top rank reps were still at the table with Mayweather and GB.) Why sue somebody over making a suggestion? You can ask a lot of questions about both fighters. So back to your original statement, he was only singling pac out if he was the only fighter he asked, somebody else took the same test, with the same protocols. Even his conditioner coach (who worked side by side with Conte) is against better testing, and he should know, he doesnt want manny to get caught, because he already knows he's the fall guy. I never heard of a conditioning coach or trainer for any professional athlete against more stringent testing until now. WHY?

kinda like pacquiao right??? refusing to fight the man who gave u a draw and then u barely won the 2nd one and refuse to fight him a 3rd??? lol yeah floyd ducks baby...least he fought castillo to a controversial win then again to solidify the win...i mean if pacquiao fights marquez that would be a big time money maker...mexicans follow their fighters till the death and pac has his entire country on his side...soo0o0o0o umm...yeah floyd is ducking though

Because you weren't paying attention. He's been saying it ever since an interview he gave immediately after the first Morales fight. See here.

You're making stuff up. He initially agreed to random blood tests up to 30 days before the fight and random urine tests up to the fight; plus a blood and urine test immediately after the fight. He then compromised the 30 days down to 24 days.
