The USADA misses the ball also. If they want to eliminate drug use, they should be testing each fighter year round including in between fights. I cannot think of a fighter who would want to risk cheating anywhere near testing dates. It is simply too risky. I gaurantee most of the cheating is done during a fighters down time, before they start serious training and well before they step in the ring to fight.
