This is all that us boxing fans should be concerned about. Mayweather gains no edge unless Pacquiao is using PEDs.

Most of these doubters (Oscar, Mayweathers and Hatton) are coming from first world countries who are accustomed to the use of steroids in sports. Ironically, Almost all (if not all) of the athletes caught using steroid/peds have lived long enough in rich countries like US and Britain, as to be influenced culturally by the need to use steroids/peds as a way of staying on top of their game/sport.
Doubters will never believe that an Asian and a Filipino, like Pacquiao, whose life has always been much publicized as someone who multi-tasks (Boxing, Movies, Basketball, Darts, Chess, Billards, Musical Recording, ****fighting, TV Ads and Sitcoms and now, Politics) will not do PEDs/Steroids.
But in Psychology, only those who are desperately INSECURE of their status as a person and as a sportsman would usually cling on to something to make themselves marketable and career-wise, be loved, admired and praised by fans. Steroid/PED users are usually insecure of their God-given talents that they resort to using drugs to stay on top.
I don't believe Pacquiao fits into this kind of "personality deficiency." In fact, he even has the innate knack and tendency to prove others wrong by enrolling for a college degree (now, does this require ped?)? Any person who is into so many things in life, like Pacquiao, doesn't have the time and the need to be pumped up with drugs. Pacquiao's personality doesn't really fit in to that category. Everything that Pacquiao has is purely "natural" and this includes the "down-to-earth" attitude that he has (again, can PED do this?).
Only people who are DESPERATE enough to stay on top in any sports would be pressured to take steroids/peds to make them marketable. The US culture, whose "capitalist" and "dominating" mentality can certainly be a very strong motivator for any athlete desperate enough to be accepted in such a culture. MONEY, for many Americans, is everything! [Why would they always comment that Pacquiao is a fool for having turned away from a $40M boxing match?]
This is not so for many Asians( those not influenced by the American culture), whose "nationalistic spirit," "love for family" and "personal relationships among close friends," play an integral and important role in their life. Of course, money is still important (who does not need any money nowadays?) BUT when Asians have already enough to support themselves and their family, money is not anymore the deciding factor. This is very much true in the case of Pacquiao. At this point in his career, Pacquiao does not need anymore $40M to motivate him to fight Mayweather, he is willing to do this match simply to please his fans, who have always been there for him - RELATIONSHIP with his fans--- nothing more.

My point is that the 14 day cutoff that Pacquiao is requesting is simply a guarantee that he wont be tested, why does he need that? We already know as per what the USADA said that if there's no anomaly or any reason for them to do further test there is no need to test 14 days before the fight. If they find something that's not normal then they more tests closer to the fight.
If both parties found a common ground and agreed to the 14 day cutoff, then great the fight is made, but my position is that the USADA did it right for the Mayweather/Mosley fight, they should be allowed to handle it for the Pac/May fight.
so still we never know if pac cheated come fight night. then floyds proposed random isnt random at all.if that happens, laughable is it?

You'll notice them easily.
