Hearns is much, much too low. Without a doubt he is top ten, and should be top five quite easily too.

Anyway, Foster was just too small to fight those HW's. They were great, great HW's and good sized ones too. Foster didn't come in any bigger than when he was a LHW. If Foster fought today he would be fighting as a SMW and LHW and also CW. He was always just a bit too small to be any good as a genuine HW.

Ali was an average good sized HW and he was so much bigger than Foster in every way.

    Julian Jackson at 25!
Can't you handle a joke? of course tommy hearns is a hard puncher. I just want to add some funny elements to my thread.

It's a joke okay. Is that too hard to understand?

Regarding the thread's topic it must be mentioned that Foster was a mere lightheavyweight , not even a massive one.
He was much less massive than Michael Spinks whom seems to me like a premature boy fighting against grown men throughout his HW career.
Fighters like Spinks , Qawi , Moorer , Iran Barkley Roy Jones and James Toney whom were hindered by their lack of lean mass at HW were actually muscular and fully fledged compared to poor Bob Foster who seemed like a malnourished African Biafra Kid next to his HW opponents.

Wasn't Foster out weighed by like 30 or so pounds in his fight with Ali ?.

He was a monster at LHW never seemed to carry his power as he went up in weight though.

please read the text in read at the start. I am not trying to glorify his punch taking abilities with this thread.

exactly, the weight difference would be less significant.
