What is the difference between 18 days, 14 days and randomly testing up to the fight?

Did the author of this boxing OST went all year round to set a good example? No. He just went to this useless full of holes OST.The point it is Pac already agreed to this useless 14 days better than those 18 days. Now all we heard from Floyd he is retiring again. We want to see this fight right?

Did I say that? What I'm trying to tell if someone knows he is not going to be tested whole year round. He can take those **** either Floyd or whoever and still comes up clean during the two months OST. Is that really hard to understand?
