The funny thing is the USADA stopped the testing 14 days out for floyd and ssm. If manny just keeps his mouth shut rather than offering to take non random tests no floyd fan could say anything.

Manny makes himself look guilty yet most of the manny fans, even reasonable ones I respect like brick wall and tamis, refuse to acknowledge this. Any offer that isn't random should raise concerns.

If manny just said "**** floyd I'm not taking test" from the beginiing there is nothing any floyd fan could say. Manny and his camp are their own worst enemy.

Honestly I think Manny and others aren't too familiar with these testing procedures. If anything I honestly think he is speaking out of ignorance and what he thinks these test will be like.

I think Tygart said the same thing. Athletes have alot of misconceptions and that is why he sits them down to explain what goes on. Tygart said that because he knows alot of athletes have this misconception and manny is no different.

by offering a cutoff date, or refusing to take the tests at all, manny will make himself look guilty. i don't agree with the last part of your post. the rest of it is on point tho.

So what about Manny then? What is his self motivation for wanting to know when he'll be tested? Since everyone has an agenda, right?
Exactly!...crickets is all that you're going to hear when making sound logic like that...you know common sense ain't so common...

lol exactly they have the authority but more than that they want the money...just like tygart and usada, they're in this just for the money. of course their loyalty is to that party who paid them. in other words, gpb, floyd and tygart are on the same side of the fence.

the NSAC is power driven also. just like everybody else, they don't want to give up the power they have.
i totally agree on that they want to keep their power. usada and tygart on the other hand want to expand their power...the power to make more money.

the reason most sports haven't adopted this sort of testing as a "protocol" is because it is costly. but it's completely understandable why they would want to push it for mayweather-pacquiao.
Well also NFL said it was invasive and others say they have yet to consistently catch people.

by the way it was a pleausre debating with you. I gotta go brother, peace.

                    come on bro.....get off that.

the first time around, mayweather said he would be willing to work with pacquiao and arum to find a mutually agreed upon agency to conduct the testing. quit making excuses for this dude. if you're clean, take the damn tests.

                      PAC-NATION:

you are probably right. Manny only knows what he is told. The thing is if he just doesn't say anything regarding the tests he would definitely get the benefit of the doubt.

Instead, he offers to take test with cutoff dates which makes it look like he is creating a window to cheat because he isn't arguing with floyd or his camp but the head of the USADA.

                      I just don't get it.
