USADA's Tygart: Pacquiao's 14-Day Window 'Misses the Point'

The difference is Mayweather and Mosley were not aware of when they would stop testing. That's different from creating your own timeline in the way Pacquiao wants."You can't have a blackout period," said Tygart, referring to Pacquiao's timetable. "You simply can't draw circles around certain times where you're not going to be tested."
The funny thing is the USADA stopped the testing 14 days out for floyd and ssm. If manny just keeps his mouth shut rather than offering to take non random tests no floyd fan could say anything.
Manny makes himself look guilty yet most of the manny fans, even reasonable ones I respect like brick wall and tamis, refuse to acknowledge this. Any offer that isn't random should raise concerns.
If manny just said "**** floyd I'm not taking test" from the beginiing there is nothing any floyd fan could say. Manny and his camp are their own worst enemy.Comment

Here we go again. You've stooped to insulting Pacquiao's intelligence to make your point. He knows very well how it works. How difficult is it to figure out? We're not talking about a 4 year old here.Comment

According to his fans, Pacquiao is very very dumb. And uninformed. But he's a congressman!Comment

Callifloyd:
exactly my point. Whoever is advising manny failed to point this out to him. I'm not saying he has to agree. The USADA will decide when to stop testing. It could be 14 days. Could be 1. Could be 18. The point is they will decide not the fighters. All manny needs to do is shut the **** about it.Comment
