yeah it says the whole fight generated $25m, which means the brother prob got around 20m of it once the costs and other wages are dealt with

Haye generated around £16-18m from the valuev fight which is around the same amount

i read an article on hear months ago that stated the klits get close to 100,000 Euro for every round it goes from tv advertising.
Makes u think if they are being greedy making all their opponents go about 10+ rounds just to cash in a bit of extra money.

thats a possibility, you have to remember the fight isnt on ppv so it makes financial sense to do that. I am surprised they cant get a ppv fight in their own adopted country

So Vitali's getting the bulk of $25M? Incredible. Imagine what a fight between him and a worthy yank would generate. Such an event would be global and would break every conceivable record.

I'd say they would be ppv if the figures added up. PPV fights and big venues dont usually go together. The live gate, plus the amount the tv companies pay for it not to be on ppv, + the advertising revinue they generate from companies as they have HUGE audience numbers probably work out to be higher than selling e.g. 2M ppvs.

They're pretty smart (apparently) so i'd say they have done their homework and figured out they make more money fighting on non ppv than ppv.

Mayweather-DLH generated over $120 million, if he fought Tyson he would not better that.

He undoubtedly would. DLH-Maii genrated money in America and the UK. A Vitali-Tyson fight would be global and surely more than double those numbers.

In a dreamworld were a prime Tyson could fight him i'd agree, but in the real world unfortinatley no american HW could atm.

A fight with Haye would add about 1.5M ppv at 15 pounds each to the total (they might even be greedy and charge 20 for that), i dunno if Haye would sell as a ppv in america though.

Yeah. The problem is that there's no american draw ATM.
