i still hav some doubts about it... in most pound for pound lists only the top two are surefire HOFs... well except maybe those lists with shane, jmm and bhop...

Not too sure at the moment. I think it's dependent on who he fights in the coming year or so.

If he can unify 154lb division by beating Spinks and/or Dzindziruk that would make him 17-2-0 in world-title fights. Becoming undisputed champ would really help his case and I think he'd get into the HoF.

But I think he should try to cement his legacy by fighting Sergio Martinez, if he wins then I think he'd definitely get into the HoF, I'd also rank him in the top 4 or 5 P4P in the world too. but I think Martinez beats him. If Martinez can beat Cotto then maybe he's got a case for HoF if he can rematch Paul Williams and win, as well as unifying against Sturm and/or Sylvester.
