There is nothing more treasonous and cowardly than a boxer who ducks below the waist. This is when punching behind the head should be legal.

          THE TRUTH

Vitali was clearly winning the fight 4-2 on all 3 scorecards at the time of the controversial doctor stoppage. Lewis was badly hurt and was staggering around the ring like a drunk, he barely survived the 2nd round. Lewis was getting outboxed, outworked, outlanded and was hurt several times in the fight.

          punches landed

          Vitali 156

          Lewis 102

Lewis was exhausted, worn down and hurt from the accumulation of punches and was ready to get KTFO again, he collapsed onto his stool at the end of the 6th round, Vitali was the fresher of the two, he was a man on a mission and would've KO'd Lewis for sure if the fight had continued.

Vitali intimidated the **** out of the scared Lewis after the fight and made him look like a *****. All the fans at Staples Center cheered for Vitali and boo'd Lewis after the fight.

          Lewis promised Vitali a rematch.

Vitali destroyed Kirk Johnson in 2 rounds and called out Lewis again in the post fight interview. The scared Lewis retired shortly after that fight.

Lewis turned down 25 million dollars for a rematch and retired like a coward because he knew he would get destroyed by Vitali.

Lennox Lewis got DOMINATED AND RETIRED by Vitali Klitschko.
          THE WHOLE TRUTH

Lennox scored a TKO6 victory over Vitali Klitschko on June 21st 2003. FACT

The purpose of a boxing match is to inflict damage on your opponent with your fists. Scorecards are only needed in the absence of a KO or TKO, otherwise they have no bearing on the outcome of the fight.

Vitali had 3-4 rounds to finish the fight after the cut and failed to do so. Rocky Marciano and Marvin Hagler did not have cuts nearly as bad as Vitali and were both in danger of being stopped. Both guys took destiny in their own hands and finished their respective opponents, Vitali did not.

Vitali was losing the fight on all cards for the 6th and final round. He was hurt by a straight right early and held on to the much older Lewis for the remainder of the contest. Lennox landed the more Quality punches, as well as the more strategic punches to Vitali’s bleeding left eye. Lewis was more lively in round 6 than round 1, Vitali was just the opposite.

Lennox became the only HW champ to retire defeating every man he every faced INCLUDING the dominant champ of the next era. This accomplishment would be the equivalent of Marciano beating Liston or Ali beating Holmes.

Klitschko got BLOODIED UP AND BRUTALIZED by fat Lennox Lewis!

          Old Lennox > Prime Vitali.

            1. The commentators predicted Byrd to wear Vitali down before the fight even started

            2. Vitali thought he was behind on points in the post fight interview

            3. Vitali admitted he had trouble with southpaw style
No, you watch the entire fight before you post.

            1. The commentators were wrong he was way up on the cards, and the injury was unrelated to anything Byrd did.

            2. If that is true though unlikely Vitali was wrong, he was way up.

            3. Obviously he didn't have trouble with southpaws having dominated the fight for the most part.

So brilliant he lost every round.

Judging by that gif it seems Byrd was trying to suck Vitali's **** rather than fight him.

Vitali should've clubbed him behind the head repeatedly to teach him a lesson about ducking down near another man's crotch repeatedly.

Here is the video and the exact points that back up what I said.

Injury occurred during the fight with Byrd : 3:52-4:09

Vitali thought he would lose on points anyway, so he QUIT: 4:12-4:55

Vitali admiting " I couldnt withstand southpaw": 3:10-3:16

He was mentally defeated, physically exhausted and demoralized. Theres a point in the interview where he totally dodges Larry's question about Quitting. Its insane how half of the people who follow Klitschkos haven't even seen their fights.

I cannot believe how desperate the Klitschko haters are getting, Vitali had lost one round at most against Chris, was dominating the fight, and had to have shoulder surgery after this.

You think Vitali quit against Byrd? You think losing on a cut to Lennox is legit? You don't care that he was clearly winning both fights? Fine.

He never got laid out cold, drooling on himself against Hasim Rahman and Oliver McCall, though. He's never even been off his feet, let along left comatose by a pair of bums.

                      Great post.

Vitali got the freak injury in the 3rd round and he still dominated Byrd. That shows how great Vitali is.

                      Vitali Klitschko:

                      - has dominated every opponent he has ever faced.

                      - 38 KOs in 40 wins.

                      - great chin, never been down.

                      - has never trailed on the scorecards.

                      - only man ever to be world heavyweight champ in boxing AND kickboxing.

                      - is 39 years old now, came back after a 4 year layoff and is still dominating the heavyweight division. His comeback record is 5-0, 4 KOs. He hasn't lost a single round in his comeback.
