What world do you live in? The only thing that's "required" is for them to BREATHE. But if they're negotiating a fight then yes, stipulations are almost always added. So get real.

I think this is a good place to start to be honest, I don't think this will be what Floyd accepts but I think a deal can probably be worked out from here aslong as both sides want the fight.
