Dude, you already know what's up with the testing so I don't have to go there. But all you have are road blocks, this is how I know you're full of shyt. If you were for better testing you'd be pushing for it, making suggestions, not putting up blocks and making excuses.

If you're for testing, push for Manny and Floyd to do year round testing. Start at the top first, all top tens subjected to year round testing. Then I'll know ur legit, till then ur a road block to a cleaner sport
