Full testing is year round man. What's in place now? USADA wants to make some money. What you think? Do I think testing should be implemented? YES. But I don't agree with the way they went about doing it by trying to ruin mannys image/legacy with false allegations from Uncle Roger/May Sr./May Jr. If manny was doing what floyd is, I'd say he's a ***** for that. I believe we need the commission to enforce this testing protocol to all active fighters or atleast to championship matches. Problem is $$$$.

USADA is a non-profit organisation............it operates from grant money and even with the cost of it's testing doesn't make money.........

floyd and shane could have taken the true wada protocol. out of competetion testing. instead, they went through testing in 2 months. which is not proven to deter cheaters...
