Berto is way faster than cotto, and at 147 has more power than cotto. But berto does get chinny sometimes because he rushes in with his face wide open. Cotto is almost always open to an uppercut and berto throws one of the most natural uppercuts I have seen.
berto gots speed and power but his boxing is ugly his ring movements is ugly.
he clinchs gets trap to ropes to much. his last fight look like a WWE match.
I am not saying that Cotto is going to steam roll him he haves his rds but it would end with k.o. and berto on the floor. rember cotto can handle speed and power(exp mosley juda) its pressue that he cant handle (exp pac, marg)

i don't know if its the fact that he's hard to watch or he's really not that good but I really think berto gets f'n destroyed by cotto. Seriously his last fight against quintana was a joke, he even got knocked down but ref said it was a slip but replay showed he got punched. Also, is this the same andre berto with all this power that couldn't hurt a 140 fighter in urango but he's going to hurt cotto lol please. Berto is all hype and no fight, I would gladly watch cotto murk berto in the ring.

Cotto should come back to 147. He`s very small at 154.

this could be a very close fight but i'm rooting for berto. his speed/skills is gonna give cotto a real problem. well, unless berto breaks his leg early in the fight...

WTF is everyone talking about on here, everyone saying Berto would be dwarfed at jr middleweight and ****. Cotto was dwarfed, but did it matter? No. Berto is bigger than Cotto anyways so get your **** straight, if they fought it would be a physically even fight, Cotto may be stronger but Berto would be faster, great fight, plus Berto > Clottey in talent but = in size, so what did Clottey almost do to Cotto? Remember that ****? Keep it in mind when you downtalk Berto.

...don't forget Berto's mean-ass uppercuts, they're the best uppercuts I've ever seen, Cotto seems to be open to uppercuts, that would be interesting...

its good but I havent seen it in his last fight. Cotto gaurd has changed his peakboo stance looks noting like his old stance. it would be a good fight but cotto has losts of trick he can go southpaw if he has to look at what happend in Callazo vs Berto. most would say Callazo won that fight

will be a good fight if it happens. I will lean towards cotto in this one, in either weight class.

I agree, the fight could go either way, but I think Collazo had the avantage on that fight...
