If Cotto is willing to fight Margarito then that is the fight that is going to happen cause that's the biggest fight and the fight Arum will push for the most.

Cotto's quality of opposition and his courage should not be questioned. He's faced everyone except Williams and if Paul were with Top Rank he would have gotten a shot too.
