In the Fugitive Harrison Ford's character was vindicated....Margarito will never be vindicated.

Dude look up the definition of vindicated. He will never be vindicated. He might be accepted back into the fold of boxing but never vindicated because he did it.

He act's like what he did was no big deal and he refuses to admit he knew what his trainer put on his hands. A fighters knows. If he admits responsibility and admits he did wrong and asks for forgiveness he should be forgiven but if he refuses to take responsibility he can never be forgiven.

Margarito has consistently said that he wasn't aware of the substance in his gloves. That certainly is possible. So why would he admit responsibility for something he says he knew nothing about? He already fired his trainer and went for over a year without pay. I don't understand the relentless persecution.

The substance on his wraps. I would say it's almost impossible. When someone wraps your hands you notice what they are doing.

Shane Mosley thought is was very possible. That raises enough doubt for me. There is no evidence that Margarito ever fought with loaded gloves. Everyone will be checking his handwraps closely now anyway, so let him make a living.
