Cotto is not afraid of Margarito. His next fight he got stretched. It's very possible Margarito got the worst of the fight. His chin may very well be cracked. Cotto has a real shot at beating him in a rematch. It doesn't change the fact that Margarito is a piece of **** and doesn't deserve the fight.
Forget about the money and all the other bull****,

Drop the money aspect idiot, or you won't be posting in here again.Cotto never used the hand wraps as an excuse in his fight. He said only Margarito and his team knows what happened. Whether you want to admit it or not, it would benefit Margarito a lot to get a rematch in money and being in the limelight of the sport he disgraced. Margarito deserves none of that. Cotto's moved on. So should everyone else. It's so annoying to keep having this **** brought up.
Its about manhood.
Tony took Miguels and now Miguelito is too scared to even attempt to get it back.
Now, you tell me, if someone cheated you out of victory, you wouldn't want to get revenge knowing full well the fight was going to be as fair as possible as your opponent is under the most direct scrutiny ever?
You're a liar if you say you would not.
Most men, would be chomping at the bit to get their revenge.
But then again, Cotto shapes his eyebrows like a broad.Comment

Cotto's rep (and the NSAC) signed off on the handwraps in their first fight. If Cotto feels cheated he should get someone else to examine them next time. He needs to prove that he can beat Margarito, not just whine about the past. It's not like anyone is asking him to fight for free.Comment

Man, come on.
Before Margarito lost to Mosley, the rematch was pretty much etched in stone.
So, by your logic, after Margarito got caught cheating, all of a sudden Cotto became scared?
Listen, I'm going to be honest. If I was on Cotto's team, there's no way I'd advocate fighting Margarito. There is not enough to gain and Margarito, plaster bull**** or not, is a stylistic nightmare for Cotto.
There are other avenues to explore. Cotto manned up and fought him like so few people would. Margarito was a horrible match up for Cotto and Margarito's current standing in the boxing world isn't exactly great.
Cotto would be ****** to rematch Margarito in reality, when cutting all the macho bull****.Comment

Read the damn title of the thread and respond accordingly.Cotto fans aint afraid of Cotto fighting Margarito.
I dont want Margarito to get one more big fight ever. I want him to live the rest of his life in shame and dirtbroke.
But obviously he is going to get big fights from his good ol friend Bob Arum.
Therefore Cotto might aswell **** his overrated cheating scumbagass up.Comment

Lots of fights were "etched in stone". ****, Floyd Margarito was etched in stone when he said he would fight Tony later. Doesn't mean **** if it doesn't happen. Cotto seems to have found the perfect excuse to not rematch.Man, come on.
