Cant really believe any boxing fan can really not give the man credit. Its true that many fighters quit or want to quit when they get hurt or injured, but he didnt. Therefore he deserves the upmost respect.

It takes real balls to step inside the ring, let alone fight on when u are cut, behind on points, hurt and ur knee keeps giving way.

    Unbelievable anyone can downplay that.

Morales, Cotto, De La Hoya, and many other champions have decided not to continue when they were taking a beating. Foreman just deserves the upmost respect.
You had me until Morales. You high dude? Morales was a straight warrior.
Everything else is spot on, Yuri showed some courage.

You're a dip**** and had no legitimate answer for your bias.

What makes you an authoritative figure on what's warrior and what isn't anyway.

There is no topic, just a punk kid stating his opinion in a authoritarian manner, contradicting himself all over the place.

          Departed.

Hes not tough. Hes not rough. Hes not rugged. Hes a feather fisted runner who got hurt while running. I appreciate him not quitting though because I wanted to see Cotto KO him.

People will say what they will, but Yuri earned the respect in the ring,
"Epic Warrior" or not, he at least has an Epic Warriors' heart!

I understand Bully point. But, that is like Cotto not quitting when he has a cut against Clottey and Campbell quitting cuz he has a cut. We not going to go overboard for Cotto. He did what a fighter suppose to do and keep fighting.

But, as a boxer you need your legs. A lot of people use the term fighter A didn't have his legs. But, when literally you have one bum leg. And, the one thing you do well is use your legs. And, now you can't even do that and have a serious injury.

I understand if it was a cut, I understand if it was a hand injury, a shoulder injury. You don't quit. But, the most important thing in boxing is your legs. And, when you can't plant your leg to throw a shot, when the one thing you do well is use your legs, when you're limping around the ring getting beat, and you still don't quit as one legged man in an ass kicking contest. Then there is nothing overrated about that.

And, he deserves much respect, much credit, and all the praises he is getting for that.

No normal man would of continued. A lesser man would of quit. Foreman could of quit and nobody would of blamed him at all. But, he didn't he showed he is a real fighter. He is not a ***** like some where calling him last night. He is a warrior. He deserves every single praise he gets, nothing overrated on what he did. I don't think some of you guys understand how difficult it is it fight with a real leg injury.
                  Co-sign this.

This is all there is to it. The guy was literally one legged, it wasn't just some hand injury or something "minor" like that, the guy lost his ability to move around the ring, the ability to side step, to get proper power in his punch. Foreman did a great job sticking in there, if you don't give him credit for that, then you're the bum. It's so easy for you to sit behind your PC acting all macho and courageous.. You would probably have quit, give the guy some credit alright - he DESERVES it.

Morales quit against Pacquiao the third time. Doesn't make him any less of a warrior though
