Mayweather has yet to prove himself @140lbs... I told you before that Mayweather vs Gatti was a total missmatch... Not because of how good Mayweather is, but because of how bad Gatti is (shot).

I'm really really REALLY hoping Hatton gives Mayweather a shot, and defends the crown against Mayweather next... Because I truely believe it'll be an easier fight than the Tszyu fight.

It took Hatton 38 or so fights to finally step up dude. You simply cannot hatre on Roy given that fact. Also, Tarver earned mandatory status and got his shot the right way like anyone whouls do. You talk about Ruiz....that was a good win vs a good heavyweight champ (for this era). Hatton moving up to middleweight and beating a champ there would be comparable, do you see that happening?

I like Hatton. He's a good guy. I never said Gatti would beat Floyd, only hoped he would. I don't like Floyd but he could stop Hatton. Haton could stop him. Floyd is way too fast to make it easier than the Tszyu fight (which was NOT an easy fight for Hatton by any means). Roy never ducked anyone. That's old and played out and you still cannot prove it. It's only conjecture and bias as you would like to believe your Brit fighters. Hatton's career is far from over and you can't call Roy a fight ducker and not call Hatton one because Hatton has only just now become champ. He has not had a chance to bicker and moan and ***** and try to avoid his challengers yet.

Roy fought whoever there was to fight in his weightclass at 175 and every now and then had easy wins against good fighters in other weightclasses (Hopkins, Toney, Ruiz). Right now, Hatton is below Roy is career terms, don't forget that.

Saying one more round is a lot different than wanting one more round, Gatti knew he was beat and he did the right thing. What would happen after the "one more round"?? would it be ok to end the fight then, because thats what would of happened.

I actually laughed out loud at that statement. The only way that would be true is that it'd be easier for Floyd to beat Hatton than it was for Hatton to beat Kostya. Hatton is not a world class BOXER, he's a brawler, and Kostya played into his game. Floyd won't do the same thing, and will beat him. It'd be a tough fight, but there's no way Floyd would lose that.

I figured on Kostya landing a bomb early, and putting Ricky's lights out with that, but he never was able to. Floyd is much quicker, and more elusive than Kostya ever has been. It'd be a DAMN hard fight for Ricky to win, and you know it. The only reason you're saying it'd be easy is to try and piss Super_Lightweight off.
