Pacquaio saying he needs a 14 day window where he can't have blood drawn means he'll be immune to testing for illegal drugs for those 14 days. The randomness of the test is the deterrant buddy. The only people who fail scheduled drug tests are addicts and morons. If either fighter knows no test is coming, they're free to do whatever they want, and simply mask before the window closes.

ur on the net do ur homework.. look up HGH and see its effects and the blood test for it, look up the EPO mircera which is the only other thing blood testing is for and look up urinalysis which test all steroids and everything else, make a case, you can try but i doubt you can... dont forget to state how the proposed everyday urine testing wont conver the 14 day drought brought upon by the absent blood test also connect the urine and blood test together how one needs another or how it doesnt and for how long or how little

this arums and pacs way of getting out of this fight and saving face at the same time. there's no way pac gets 50-50 with mayweather.

I think it's kinda like the previous negotiation, you certainly do not go into any negotiation asking for less than 50%.

If you dont ask, then you dont get..... and if you start off asking for 45%, you are fkn screwed, you will get 30%..... because the position that you have taken when you requested 45% is one of acknowledged inferiority with no leverage.

Hence all the "Plan B" "Plan C" posturing. e.g. Arum thought that he had Mayweather right where he wanted him because Manny's Plan B was Clottey, and no way did Arum think that Floyd would sign to fight Shane.

They have to start again now, and even though I think Arum's a dirty snake, he did the right thing by asking for 50%, and picking up where they left off re: the cutoff dates.

Of course Mayweather won't accept, but at least it's a starting point.

So, the negotiations have officially started?
