Well, you should take it more as a person that understands business. If Mayweather was trying to punk Pac into taking less than 40% of the purse, I'd be beating the same drum for Pac.

BTW, these fighters don't owe you anything. All these fighters owe any of us is to show up and put forth an honest effort when yuo order a PPV or buy a ticket to see them fight. All this "what's good for the fans" is fair tale **** that's meaningless in the real world. You wouldn't take less money to do your job if you didn't have to, regardless of whether it would help your comany or your company's customers, who pay your bills. So you shouldn't expect these fighters to do so.

            • Ok here is another one a guy is divorced and needs money so agrees to sell his Corvette for 20,000 almost brand new, you try to hagle him down but he needs 20K and it is a really good deal compared to blue book you say that is a little rich for you right now you will come back in a couple weeks after you get another pay check.

In that couple weeks the guys ex-wife dies in a fiery accident so he no longer has money issues, you go to him and ask if you can get the same deal but he says no he wants the car still and it is not for sale.

The point is situations change so a deal from before does not always work.

                I swear you mothaf#ckas are ******.

You must be the ****** one, cause floyd about to do the same damn thing. If he turns down a fight with manny 50/50 split, his next fight will get him less money. genius.. LOL!

Good business move for both fighters to go separate directions for that time being cause they both made additional millions... No harm in that, plus you still got the buzz for a Pac-Floyd match up..

Why spoil the fight in March when theirs millions to be made in between..
That's bull****. They wasn't ready to fight floyd. They looked for a way out of it.

You dudes seem to forget floyd wanted May but they said no we want it in march. Floyd said march it is. They didn't expect for him to agree to a closer date.

Totally agree with you on Arum.. But what can you say, he's a business man and will do what ever it takes to bring in that money even if it makes Manny look bad..

                    Cotto is a great example..
