If only every promoter had it in for all their fighters, we'd get more great match ups. Stay with Arum Cotto, beat the **** out of Marg (in a winner takes all purse so the **** doesnt get paid), then fight Floyd or Williams, or Martinez or Pac again or all of them!
    Good Post - Completely agree.

There seemed to be a lot more media attention on Foreman, I'm sure Arum wasn't happy with the outcome. Cotto would have been a good win for Yuri.

There is NO money in Yuri Foreman as the 154lb champ.

Arum wanted this to happen and that was a smirk of relief that this part of the script is complete.

Now he will feed Cotto to Pacquiao in a rematch fight that Pacquiao will win, giving him another title in another weight class, making more phony history.

Cotto does not throw enough punches to beat Manny.

Manny's 147lb title is phony, as Cotto won that vacated belt from Jennings and was then fed to Manny Pacquiao, and this 154lb title is no different - same scenario.

Mark my words, Manny will beat Cotto in the future for that 154lb title.

I wonder what some people on here are smoking.

Miguel Cotto has a way bigger fan base than Yuri Foreman would ever have.

Arum makes so much more money off of him than he ever would with a guy with Foreman's style.

From a business standpoint, I am sure Arum is pleased as punch Cotto won.

If Foreman scrapped like that every fight, and had a little more power he could be a big favorite to watch. But he earned my respect last night and it actually would make me wanna watch him again in the future.

c'mon man, you guys' conspiracy theories are getting slanderous. I'm sure there is a part of arum that wanted foreman to win, but arum's main concern is his bank account.

True, but I'm just saying his preference was for Foreman to win.

unless you can read minds or arum straight up says it, then I'm inclined withhold judgment. and that's just being fair.
