Cotto shouldn't take the Pac fight, at least not yet. He could fight another contender to get comfortable with Stewart and keep tweaking Cotto's technique till its simply second nature. Right now I think its too early to have him step back up into the elite guys, he showed improvement but not enough of it really make me believe he can beat Manny. I still think he's best shot is Cintron, its a guy with a lot of power but someone who caves under pressure. Its a great way to test Cotto's chin at 154, but not a guy who is going to overwhelm Cotto with output.

Another great choice is JCC Jr. Its absolutely huge money with very little risk to Cotto, he doesn't have the best power, he can easily be outboxed and he's stationary. It'd be an entertaining fight, Cotto would get more experience with Stewart and it sets him up for something huge down the line.

couldnt agree more though i still see it as an easy fight for pac but like you said spend more time with foreman and itll sink in and hopefully new positive habits take over, much to be improved and no doubt it will cant wait

Huh? The Lakers have a much much much more successfull franchise than the Chicago Bulls. Their history dates back as one of the original dynasties. Ever heard of Kareem, Magic, Jerry West, Mikan? No one talked about the Lakers in the 90's? They didn't win but they've always been a popular franchise.

I agree that people hop on bandwagons but that's with anything that is successful. It'd be wise not to generalize everyone though.

Just because you lose a fight doesn't mean you're a bad fighter. Ali lost fights, Leonard, Hagler, Hearns and these are all time greats. And after the Morales fight Pacman hasn't lost a fight since, beat Morales twice. He also got KO wins over, Cotto, DLH, Hatton and decisions over Marquez and Clottey. Yea... the guy's won his next like 10 fights in a row most by KO. Yea, the guy sure sucks ass, so much so we have to bring up a loss from about 6 or 7 years ago. This is just as lame as when people bring up the Castillo fight and Floyd.

As for your lakers bit WTF are you talking about? The Lakers were winning in the 80's before Jordan even won a title. Kobe is on his way to winning his 5th ring WITH the lakers and is one behind Jordan. I'd put these Lakers against the 98 bulls and I'd take the lakers to win. Jordan was a great player in one of the weakest leagues in the NBA of all time. Put the best of Jordan in with Shaq and Kobe, Pau and Kobe, the Celtics, the Magic or even the Suns and he might win a ring but he isn't going to 3-peat against the teams today, I doubt he'd even back to back win.

Nathanielsz is funny if nothing else. I've been following boxing for over two decades, and I've never seen a guy consistanly referred to as the "Fighter of the Decade" as much as this cat puts it on Pac. Roy Jones was the Fighter of the 90s, but he wasn't constantly introduced as such the way this cat throws it on Pac. I've always found that when are continually continually repeating the same thing over and over and over again, they're really trying convince themselves, or hammer something on to others that they really don't beleiev themselves.
