I don't know what Max said but he was schooled by Floyd after the Marquez fight. He needs to learn to ask the question and shut the **** up, especially with a Floyd, Paulie or Lou DiBella because they don't need encouraging to talk and no-one is interested in his opinion.

MAX I LIKE YOU MUCH BETTER THAN DEBELA . YOU ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS THE ONE THE FANS WANT TO HEAR NOT THE PROMOTERS !I have been a fan since friday night fights !! Keep up the great work , Roy Jones is pitiful as an announcer , I'd love to see HBO bring back Foreman with Max and Emanuel !Comment

All Kellerman meant was Cotto doesn't have to jump in with the sharks right away, damn his resume spells disaster going back 4 years the man has been in some serious fights. Corley/Malingaggi/Quinatana/Judah/Mosley/Margarito/Clottey/Pacquaio/Foreman. Thats a warriors resume. Give him Vanes and a Foreman rematch develop some techinque and new tricks before jumping in the deep in right aways which he will b/c he's CottoComment

Damn Triple H is a big dude but that black guy in the back far left is a beast. Looks like that big dude from underworld.I don't know what Max said but he was schooled by Floyd after the Marquez fight. The headline is misleading. Seems to suggest that Kellerman's comments were intended as negative toward Cotto, which I'm not sure was the intent.
The bold is hyperbolic, BTW. Although Cotto does have a fine ledger, and I agree that he is a credit to boxing.Comment

Promoter Lou DiBella sat ringside at New York's Yankee Stadium to watch Miguel Cotto stop Yuri Foreman in nine rounds to capture the WBA junior middleweight title. Following the fight, HBO commentator Max Kellerman gave some of his usual post-fight opinions, and some of those opinions didn't sit well with DiBella. [Click Here To Read More]
dibella is right. just cause you've managed to acheive a level of fame, noteriety and acheivement doesn't mean you get to duck whoever you want. That's ***** philosophy.Comment

What max said is true though, but I don't think he actually meant for Cotto to actually do it. And we all know Cotto wouldn't take the soft route. I mean he has had some easy tune ups like Gomez. But he has a way better resume than most of the fighters between 47 and 54.Comment
