But,I have as the greater fighter right now. I don't know how anybody could be shocked if Pac beat Floyd TBH. This would not be a Douglas-Tyson moment. That was shocking.
How can you even call it a huge upset like in the lines of Ali-Liston or Ali-Frazier?
It might not even be upset of the year TBH. These are the two best fighters in the World. Either one of them winning would not be shocking or upset not at all. To say so that it is, I think it is ridiculous.
This whole thing about fighter A is suppose to be fighter B is ****** when is two elite fighters fighting each other at their best. When you have two elites fighting each other at their best any man can win in giving day. It wouldn't be shocking or an upset for any fighter to pull it off.
But, anyways I think Floyd would be the best win in Pac resume I agree. I think it would be better than the Barrera win. But, I also think beating Pac would be the greatest win in Floyd resume career too. How can it not? It would be better than the Shane and Corrales win.
But, it has to also be pointing out that it depends on how the victory from either guy happens. If it is a close controversial win then neither guy should move up. But, if it is a blow out win in Pac favor he won't move that much on my list. If it is a blowout win in Floyd move up he would move up quite high on my list.
But, I think it depends on your own personal list. Maybe you have Floyd ranked higher than Pac. And, maybe there is why we differ.
I hear what you saying but I think that the May-Pac fight is over hyped I think Floyd is the more all around skilled fighter and I think Pac only stands a punches chance I think that there is to much hype for this fight and that it will be the same movie we have seen over and over again a 12 round beat down by Floyd Mayweather and after the fight people will wonder why there was so much hype behind a mismatch
and i agree Pac would be Floyd best name of his resume but I think Mosley is the best fighter on his resume
In 20+ years time, he will stand out amongst this eras fighters. You might say that he doesn't qualify for legendary status the fact of the matter is you are wrong.
It's an absurdity for someone to question someone's legedendary status when they break ppv records and dominate their opposition the way Mayweather has.
I know some tool will start bitching about me mentioning ppv records but the fact of the matter is when you talk about the excitement a fighter brings to the sport, the best way to measure that is the consistent numbers they bring in.

you do not throw uppercuts from the outside. that is against boxing fundamentals. ive already explained this.
only in boxingscene can you get mocked at for trying to tell people the fundamentals of the sweet science & why uppercuts should NOT be thrown from the outside but on the inside.
Interestingly enough a KD can be "earned" by throwing an uppercut from a distance. For example, in the Peter-W. KLitschko fight, Peter threw a wild, unaimed left, which badly missed and went over Klitschko's right shoulder. On bringing it back, Peter grasped K's shoulder, and pushed him down to the canvas. He was awarded a KD for this.
Of course you need a blind, incompetent ref like Randy Neumann for it to work........
No matter how many threads you make, no matter how many posts about him you write, no matter how much you say it Floyd Mayweather is EASILY one of the 50 greatest fighters to ever exist and a LEGEND in the sport of boxing. I know it hurts you deeply, I know you cry at night thinking about it and wake up to nightmares of the day Floyd pounded your mom and wouldn't call you daddy like you asked him to but let it go. Deal with his legendary status because there is NOTHING you can do to change it.
