Floyd is just toying with the interviewer.

But if he does retire then he will lose many many of his fanbase.

Floyd knew Pac was receiving his awards this weekend, this is probably his way of throwing a tantrum and keeping his name out there.
If floyd does take time off, it will probably be till Pac signs his "last" opponent for his Nov fight. Then Floyd will come out of retirement and fight a BS fight (of his choosing) early next year.

If floyd does fight Pac in Nov, it will be surprising but right now it does not look good. Hopefully it does happen.
