            When the fight between Mayweather and Cotto would've been best, in 2008 after Mayweather/Hatton and Cotto/Mosley, I don't get the impression either guy wanted the fight that badly. Mayweather negotiated a rematch with DLH and then "retired". Cotto just followed Arum's plan, which was to fight Margarito.

            I don't give a crap about all the "call-outs" like so many press conference boxing fans do. The bottom line is that I did not hear about any serious negotiations between the two camps and so they both are to blame (and especially Arum).

            But given whom Cotto ended up fighting in 2008-09, I give him a pass more or less.

                            If Mayweather ruined boxing then SSR did too by fighting La Motta six times. I mean cmon how were those not money fights? If your a real fan of boxing you'll laugh at this statement.
