Cotto has never made that excuse, who are you to say it for him? And he's stated he is willing to come down to 147 for more fights, I mean who is he going to fight at 154? Martinez? Cotto is only a half inch taller than Pacquiao, (5'6 1/2 to 5'7 - Boxrec) going up 9 pounds from 145 to 154, damn he must be on steroids! Don't believe that nonsense, that would basically mean Pacquiao, for those who have accused him, are saying if Cotto can go up 9 pounds, while being drained 2 pounds from the 145, then Pacquiao, only being a half inch smaller, can go up 7 pounds (9-2 drained=7) from the 144 he weighed in, so he can legitimately, innocently be atleast 151 pounds...either that or they're both using PEDs....right? I hope you don't believe that...but whatever.
Back to the fight, hope Cotto does well, love his body of work, never one to back down - Foreman is still a challenge b/c of his style, but June 5th we'll see what happens.Last edited by SCEN3RY; 06-04-2010, 06:38 PM.Comment

I want to see Cotto win but....
...Yuri is way too big and too quick for Cotto. Yuri has a better lateral movements and thinks while he boxes. Cotto will be chasing Yuri around the ring just like Pac chased Cotto the last time he fought, his main problem and my concern would be Cotto's stamina. Cotto looked fit and ready to go and I wish Cotto the best.Comment
