Now he wants to fight Casamayor to try and rack points on his resume of beating legends that are over the hill. Khan vs Murray would be a all british fight that I think Khan will win and then settle enough arguments.. im sure he could fight without even putting his title on the line just in case his chin does get rocked...

This is a stay busy fight. Amir only has 6 weeks time to prepare for this fight. Amir wanted Maidana or Katsidis for this bout. Maidana is still "injured" and Katsidis turned a very lucrative offer down.

I honestly have not made up my mind about Amir yet. I wrote him off after the knock out but the Paulie fight started to change my mind. I was very impressed. This fight won't prove anything for me but as long as he takes it seriously, looks good and makes a good fight after it doesn't bother me. It won't make convince me of his ability but it won't hurt my view either.

Lol, please tell me you're joking?

1. There's no evidence Katsidis turned down anything
2. Even if he did, maybe he wants to stay in his original division and keep hold of the title shot he has there rather than move up and face a bigger opponent.
3. Katsidis and Casamayor are not the only 2 boxers in the world. Even if Kats didn't want it there are better options than Casa.

Katsidis has taken far more risks in his career than Khan has.
