Tyson has never KOed anyone worth mentioning taller 6'3''. Except for Lou Savarese, but that was a strange KO and Tyson was lucky he wasn't DQed.

And I already answered this at
      http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/sh...29#post5523729
      Pinklon Thomas was 6'3
      Bonecrusher Smith was 6'4
      Tyrell Biggs was 6'5
      Larry Holmes was 6'3
      Tony Tubbs was 6'3
      Ruddock was 6'3
      Bruno was 6'3
      Golota was 6'4
      Jose Ribalta was 6'5
      Alfonso Ratliff was 6'4
      Carl Williams was 6'4

      so much for that.

and I would hardly call Douglas 'featherfisted'.

        In my view:
        1-Tyson/Douglas
        2-Rahman/Lewis
        3-Tarver/Jones Jr.
        4-Baldomir/Judah
        5-Raheem/Morales

However, Hagler-Leonard is a very good option as well. Leonard never fought above 147, and he came off a five and a half year layoff (virtually) to beat the dominant Middleweight Champion.
leonard had fought above 147 before hand

                  That's why I wrote TALLER than 6'3''.

Tyson DID NOT KO Bonecrusher Smith. Why do you mention him?

Tyson was under drugs in the Golota fight. It's a NC.

And just as I say: All the guys that you mention were bums or max. 6'3''.

                  • Jose Ribalta is a 39-17 bum.
                  • Carl Williams is a 30-10 bum as is Tyrell Biggs 30-10. They have barely won against anyone recognizable. Tyson needed 7 rounds and 10 rounds to KO them. He was hitting his limits even with such bummy opponents as soon as they get taller.
                  • Alfonso Ratliff is not only a 25-9 bum, but he has something like only 5 heavyweight fights (200+ lbs) on his record. The rest are sub-200 fights (cruiserweight).
                  • Buster was 6'3.5'' and is 38-6. Thus has definitively a better record than Ribalta etc.

Sorry, Tyson has not KOed any better opponent who was 6'3.5''+ (except the strange KO against Lou Savarese).

Tony Thompson for example would annihilate Tyson.

Biggest upset in boxing history is the Pacquiao-delahoja massacre!!!! It was suppose to be a cake walk for hoja, fighting an opponant who had never fought above 135. A fight that only hoja could of made happen, even with the weight difference, due to $$$$ hoja always generated. Everyone thought no way hoja can lose.....not only did he LOSE, he lost every single ROUND, and QUIT in his stool...... The BIGGEST UPSET of ALL TIME!!!!!!!

And if anyone wants to start a "most embarrassing loss in boxing history" thread.....It's also the Pacquiao - hoja massacre.
