No doubt Floyd will come out with another excuse now that Manny has agreed to the testing demands. What will he come out with this time? Probably the money situation. He'll demand a ridiculous cut in his favour which will ensure the fight doesn't happen. If floyd really wanted to fight Manny, he'd have done it by now. All this drug testing shinanigans is just a smokescreen thrown up by Floyd Snr.

But partly it's Team Mayweather's cake, they're know to talk a lot about anything. People just find it odd they say nothing at all at the most important times that people need answers.
