I don't think so. Manny ran out of excuses and since he all of a sudden can do 14 days, I doubt he's working on a new excuse. He knows that WE know all the things he said about "weakening" and all of that is BS so I doubt he goes down that road again.

If it comes from Arum, then the "silence" comment is probably an over exaggeration just to talk to the public to get them on Pac's side. PAc can't beat Floyd. Arum's said Floyd is scared of just about alll of his fighters at one point in time or another. This is nothing new...
