They'd probably pair Khan with Alexander before Ortiz, because he can match him in size and strength (actually he's bigger and stronger than Alexander).
Ortiz's chin is better than Khan in all likelyhood. Ortiz may have a chance, where I just see Khan getting stopped in that match.

That would be really good for him, he knows what to expect this time and boxing a bit more carefully should be able to win every round or maybe stop him late since Victor has shown the power to put him down.

I think that since really Maidana was just supposed to be an opponent and once Ortiz put him down and he kept getting up Ortiz got a little mentally discouraged and wasn't ready for a war.....the next time would be different.

Ortiz has been in rougher fights than Alexander I think they will check Alexander's will...Alexander has a hard upper cut and a good jab but Ortiz has more artillery than that...don't be baught out by what Alexander did to Urango...

I never said Devon would beat him (I think he would, but that's besides the point). I'm just saying that Ortiz would have a MUCH better chance against a smaller, lighter punching Tim Bradley.

Styles make fights so in an odd way I know what youre talking about...Ortiz can beat Bradley toe to toe IMO if Bradley were to be in the first 4 rounds of Ortiz vs Maidana then Ortiz would have stopped bradley real fast...

Ortiz needs to fight Maidana as soon as possible to get rid of that ghost that will keep haunting him until he avenges that humilliating loss.

I doubt he would have stopped him, but if Bradley made the mistake of trading with him that night, yes he would have tasted the canvas a few times. But if he chose to box, well I don't know. But the thing is, Ortiz doesn't fight like that vicious, hungry guy he used to be. He's more of a safety first guy lately. I could understand doing that against the bigger WWs, but Old Man Nate was not a threat at all that night. I predicted a 7th round TKO. If he fought that safety first style against Bradley or Alexander, or even Khan, he'd lose on the inside and the outside. He needs to fight Maidana to get his confidence back and then I'll give him a shot at the big 3.

Bradley-Ortiz is definitely a fight I'd like to see, though. Do you know if Ortiz got the vacant NABO title when he beat Campbell?

no he didn't get the NABO title but sonce Ortiz beat nate he is now #2 ranked by the WBO so maybe Ortiz will be the Mandatory to Bradley after Abregu

I could also see a fight between him and Mike Alvarado happening. They both beat up Clottey's brother lol
Right. GBP is not about to put him in there w chino anytime soon. Btw Ortiz quit was worse than Duran's quit moment imo. Ortiz quit unwilling to battle because of the shots chino was throwing. Duran was frustrated as he'll that he couldn't catch srr and embarrassed that srr was just clowning him
