Props if Pavlik steps up to Dawson, but I dont even see him beating Bute.

I kind of feel like HBO is tired of Kelly losing fights he's supposed to win and bull****ting the public after all the time and money they put into him, so they're feeding him to Lucian Bute to kick his ass and make him go away.

So he gets whopped by Hopkins a good boxer with skills then decides to face another guy with good skills in Martinez.. gets whooped again and now want's to face a guy with even more skills then Martinez/Hopkins..

Former middleweight champ Kelly Pavlik will not have a rematch with Sergio Martinez, according to a story on myboxingfans.com.

It was Pavlik who lost a unanimous decision and his title belts to Martinez last month in Atlantic City.

Pavlik, out of Youngstown, won't fight Martinez in a rematch because Pavlik plans move up and fight at 168 pounds against IBF champion Lucian Bute. Pavlik also has his sights on IBO light heavyweight champ Chad Dawson.

......after the hopkins loss they should have moved to 68 and targeted guys like Froch, Kessler and AA. Pavlik would belt Froch (a fighter who can only fight outside.....that suits Pavlik to a tee............) Kessler a one-dimensionl fighter just like Kelly....but Kelly is taller and longer....would back him to KO Kessler actually......and AA would be a war..........but my point is that he could beat all 3.......but instead they want to fight guys like Dawson and Martinez..........???
